FAQ's

1. Wear something that’s going to dry quickly if it gets wet like a bathing suit or outdoor wear! 2. SUNCREEN! There is nothing worse than coming home with a red hot sunburn after a day of fun! a hat or other sun protected is encouraged. 3. Shoes are optional but recommended if you intended to explore the rocky shores or sandy banks of the river. Water shoes are best. 4. Life Jackets will be provided for you to wear.

It is HIGHLY recommended that you make a reservation prior to coming to River Canyon Adventure. We tend to sell out quickly so it is best to make a reservation a head of time to ensure a boat is available.

Mother Nature does not always cooperate with our plans for a fun day of paddling. Here at River Canyon Kayaks we take no risks with our guests. If there is rain, high water, thunder, high wind or lightening in the area we will reschedule or postpone your reservation. Your safety is our number one priority. Please call us before your reservation if bad weather is moving into the area during your rental time.

Yes! Required by law all River Canyon Kayak guests must wear a life jacket.
